(a) Project sponsors of grandfathered projects identified in section 1806.40 of this Part shall submit a registration to the commission, on a form and in a manner prescribed by the commission, by December 31, 2019.

(b) Any grandfathered project that fails to register under subdivision (a) of this section shall be subject to review and approval under section 1806.4 of this Part.

(c) Any project that is not eligible to register under subdivision (a) of this section shall be subject to review and approval under section 1806.4 of this Part.

(d) The commission may establish fees for obtaining and maintaining registration in accordance with section 1806.35 of this Part.

(e) A registration under this section, sections 1806.40 and 1806.42-1806.45 of this Part may be transferred pursuant to section 1806.6 of this Part.
