850.17 Fees of the clerk of the court.
(a) Fees.
In addition to the fees provided for in section 1250.17 of this Title, pursuant to Judiciary Law section 265, the clerk of the court is entitled to receive for and on behalf of the State, for a large, embossed certificate attesting to admission as an attorney and counselor at law, $25.
