850.13 Original special proceedings.
All original special proceedings will be heard either upon the reproduced full record method or appendix method. In all original special proceedings, the appellant shall file:
(1) an original, five copies and a digital copy of a reproduced full record on review; or
(2) one single copy of the record, and an original, five copies and a digital copy of an appendix.
The record on review shall be stipulated to by the parties or, where there are no respondents to the proceeding, certified pursuant to CPLR 2105, and shall otherwise comply with section 1250.13 of this Title.
