19 CRR-NY 1107.3
1107.3 Failure to complete continuing education.
(a) Holders of a license or certification must provide evidence of satisfactory completion of the continuing education requirements upon request of the department.
(b) Any individual who is issued a renewal of a license and/or certification and subsequently cannot provide evidence of completing the continuing education during the immediately preceding terms of certification or license may be subject to disciplinary action by the department.
