Chapter XXX of Title 19 NYCRR was promulgated pursuant to Executive Order No. 10 entitled “Directing filing of financial statements by certain officers and employees within the Executive Department,” dated May 22, 1975. Executive Order No. 10 was revoked and superseded by Executive Order No. 3, entitled “Establishing A Board of Public Disclosure,” dated January 28, 1983. Executive Order No. 117, entitled “Abolishing the Board of Public Disclosure,” dated December 28, 1988, abolished the Board of Public Disclosure as of January 1, 1989. The regulations found in Chapter XXX of Title 19 NYCRR are therefore without force and effect and were deleted on January 15, 1998, effective immediately.
