936.1 Applicability.
This Part shall apply to the following individuals:
(a) the four statewide elected officials;
(b) State officers or employees; and
(c) political party chairmen;
who are required to file an annual statement of financial disclosure pursuant to section 73-a of the Public Officers Law.
