(a) The department may suspend, reopen, renew, modify or revoke a permit in accordance with the procedures and provisions of Part 621 of this Title.

(b) Failure to operate and maintain a permitted emission source or air cleaning device in compliance with all applicable requirements, permit conditions, other Parts of this Title and existing laws shall be grounds for an enforcement action and sufficient reason for the department to revoke or deny a permit or registration in accordance with the procedures and provisions of Part 621 of this Title.
