At least once every calendar quarter, the Commissioner of Finance shall provide to ORPTS a report of sales of real property located in New York City. Such report shall be as current as practicable and prepared on the basis of documents prescribed under chapter 21 of title 11 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York, and for each sale shall contain as much of the information set forth in section 8191-2.1(a) of this Subpart as is set forth in such documents. Such report or an additional report also shall contain an indication of whether, as of the date of sale, such property was subject to an assessment limitation prescribed in section 1805(1) of the Real Property Tax Law.
