(a) It shall be the responsibility of the county director to schedule and conduct training sessions for boards of assessment review within each county. ORPTS shall provide training materials for the sessions conducted by the county director.

(b) Within five working days of the completion of any training session, the county director shall provide ORPTS with a list of all members of boards of assessment review who attended that session.

(c) The county director shall distribute a certificate of attendance to each member in attendance at the training session and mail a copy of this certificate to the clerk of the local government. This certificate shall indicate that the member has attended a training session and may participate in the forthcoming meeting(s) of the board of assessment review held in the current year.
