The clerk of the legislative body of each special assessing unit shall certify to ORPTS information for each class and for each portion class pursuant to section 1803-a of the Real Property Tax Law which shall include but not be limited to documentation of the procedures and computations used to adjust the current base proportions to arrive at the adjusted base proportions and the data used in performing the procedures and computations.
