The fee schedule for psychological treatment and care rendered under the Volunteer Ambulance Workers' Benefit Law shall be the schedule of fees for psychological treatment and care under the Workers' Compensation Law of the State of New York, as set forth in sections 333.1 and 333.2 of this Title, on the date on which the psychological services were rendered, regardless of the date of accident. This psychology fee schedule is applicable in accordance with section 333.1 of this Title.
