The fee schedule for chiropractic treatment and care rendered under the Volunteer Ambulance Workers' Benefit Law shall be the schedule of fees for chiropractic treatment and care under the Workers' Compensation Law of the State of New York, as set forth in sections 348.1 and 348.2 of this Title, on the date on which the chiropractic services were rendered, regardless of the date of accident. This chiropractic fee schedule is applicable in accordance with section 348.1 of this Title.
