The fee schedule for podiatry treatment and care rendered under the Volunteer Ambulance Workers' Benefit Law shall be the schedule of fees for podiatry treatment and care under the Workers' Compensation Law of the State of New York, as set forth in sections 343.1 and 343.2 of this Title, on the date on which the podiatry services were rendered, regardless of the date of accident. This podiatry fee schedule is applicable in accordance with section 343.1 of this Title.
