393.4 Calculating present value of disability award.
In calculating the present value of a disability award for payment into the aggregate trust fund, the actuary shall assume in all cases that there will be dependents entitled to the unpaid balance of such an award should the injured claimant die before the expiration of the award from causes not related to the original injury.
