363.6 Four-week period following termination of employment.
The period of four consecutive weeks after termination of employment shall end on the 28th consecutive calendar day following the last day worked except that employment shall not be deemed terminated during any period when an employee is eligible to receive benefits under section 204 of the Workers' Compensation Law, with respect to such employment and the four consecutive week period after termination of employment shall, in such case, end on the 28th consecutive calendar day following the last day for which benefits were paid to such employee.
