347.4 Date of hearing.
The Chiropractic Practice Committee shall prepare a calendar of disputed bills and shall arrange a time and place of hearing. At least 30 days prior to the date set for hearing, notice thereof shall be mailed to the chiropractor and carrier, advising the date, time and place of hearing.
