328.6 Notices of arbitrators and hearing.
The rating board shall notify the chairman, Workers' Compensation Board, of the name of the arbitrator which it has selected, at least eight days before the date of the hearing. The medical society shall notify the chairman, Workers' Compensation Board, of the name of the arbitrator selected by its president, at least eight days before the date of the hearing. At least 30 days prior to the date set for hearing, notice thereof shall be mailed to the physician and carrier, advising the date, time and place of hearing.
