Authorized providers under section 25(2-c)(c)(iii) are those agreed upon by the employer and the union as the exclusive source of all medical opinions and testimony. Review by the chair of collective bargaining agreements which provide for the utilization of authorized provider listings for medical opinions and testimony shall be conducted in the manner set forth in section 314.2(a), (b) and (c) of this Part.
