303.1 Statement of purpose.
In accordance with subdivision 2 of section 20 of the Workers' Compensation Law, this rule establishes an independent and impartial forum for the resolution of workers' compensation claims submitted by officers and employees of the Workers' Compensation Board and the State Insurance Fund.
