An application having been filed with this court by □ the District Attorney □ the Commissioner of Mental Health, pursuant to the provisions of subdivision 14 of CPL 330.20, for a recommitment order committing the above-named defendant to the custody of the Commissioner of Mental Health for confinement in a secure facility for care and treatment for six months from the date of the order,
And, the court having conducted the hearing required by subdivision 14 of CPL 330.20 to determine whether the defendant has a dangerous mental disorder,
And, due deliberation thereon having been had,
And, the court having found that the above-named defendant has a dangerous mental disorder as that term is defined in paragraph (c) of subdivision 1 of CPL 330.20,
It is hereby
ORDERED that the above-named defendant is committed to the custody of the Commissioner of Mental Health for confinement in a secure facility for care and treatment for six months from the date of this order.
