In the event that the Appellate Division determines that a person licensed as a legal consultant under this Part no longer meets the requirements for licensing set forth in section 521.1(a)(1) or (a)(3) of this Part, or the registration and reporting requirements established pursuant to section 521.4(c) of this Part, it shall revoke the license granted to such person hereunder.
