212.43 Powers of clerks.
The chief clerk, deputy chief clerks and clerks of the court are authorized to administer oaths, take acknowledgments and sign the process and mandates of the court. Other nonjudicial personnel of the court may from time to time likewise be so authorized by order of the Chief Administrator of the Courts.
