(1) The inspection of vehicles used in the transport of passengers for hire and vehicles used to transport children to and from school.

(2) The inspection of motor trucks to insure compliance with safety requirements.

(3) The inspection of railroad track, facilities and equipment to insure compliance with safety requirements.

(4) All suspensions or revocations of certificates or permits or other enforcement actions, after regulatory investigatory proceeding, for failure to comply with any rule, regulation or order of the Chairman.
