(a) When two or more lanes and booths are open at the toll plaza, trucks and buses shall use the lane and booth that is open at the farthest point on the right-hand side unless instructed otherwise by an authority employee. For the purposes of this section, the right-hand side shall be as the vehicle is approaching the plaza or booth prior to paying the toll prescribed.

(b) All commercial trucks and buses shall maintain a distance of 500 feet (150 meters) between other like vehicles traveling in the same direction while on the bridges.
