The records access officer shall maintain a reasonably detailed current list, by subject matter, of all records in the system's possession, regardless of whether such records are available pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law or the Personal Privacy Protection Law. Such list shall be posted on the system's website (www.nystrs.org).
