(a) Records shall mean any information kept, held, filed, produced or reproduced by, with or for the system.

(b) Records access officer shall mean the system's officer or his or her authorized designee, responsible for public information and compliance with the Freedom of Information Law and the Personal Privacy Protection Law.

(c) Records appeals officer shall mean the system's Managing Director of Operations or his or her authorized designee.
