Requests for public access to records of the authority shall be accepted and such records shall be made available for public inspection at the main office of the authority during the normal business day from 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. No records may be removed by the applicant from the authority's office without the written permission of the records access officer.
