(a) Act shall mean the New York State Financial Emergency Act for the City of New York as enacted by section 2 of chapter 868 of the Laws of 1975, as amended.

(b) Board shall mean the New York State Emergency Financial Control Board created by the Act.

(c) City shall mean the City of New York.

(d) Covered organization shall have the same meaning as prescribed for that term in section 2 of the act.

(e) Emergency period shall have the same meaning as prescribed for that term in section 2 of the act.

(f) Executive director shall mean the executive director of the board.

(h) Financial plan shall have the same meaning as prescribed for that term in section 2 of the act.
