1550.5 List of records.
(a) On behalf of the fund, the records access officer shall maintain and make available for inspection and copying at the fund's office a current list, reasonably detailed by subject matter, of the types of records produced, filed or first kept or promulgated by the fund on and after September 1, 1974. Such list shall be sufficiently detailed to permit the applicant to identify the file category of the records sought.
(b) Said subject matter list shall be updated periodically, but in no event less than semiannually, and the date of the most recent updating shall appear on the first page thereof.
(c) The records access officer shall maintain and make available for inspection and copying at the fund's office a current record of the minutes of meetings of the trustees of the fund and of public hearings held by the fund.
