Records of information which is exempted by statute, confidentially disclosed, constituting an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy or constituting part of investigatory files and as otherwise more specifically described in section 88(7) of said article shall not be made available for inspection or copying; identifying details may be deleted for specified records which are to be made available pursuant to section 88(3) of said article.
