(a) Final opinions, including concurring and dissenting opinions, as well as orders, made in the adjudication of cases;

(b) Those statements of policy and interpretations which have been adopted by CDTA or any of its subsidiaries and any documents, memoranda, data, or other materials constituting statistical or factual tabulations which led to the formulation thereof;

(c) Minutes of meetings of the governing bodies of CDTA and its subsidiaries and of public hearings held by CDTA and its subsidiaries;

(d) Internal or external audits and statistical or factual tabulations made by or for the CDTA or its subsidiaries;

(e) Administrative staff manuals and instructions to staff that affect members of the public;

(f) An itemized record setting forth name, address, title and salary of every officer or employee shall be compiled by each fiscal officer charged with the duty of preparing payrolls for such officers and such records shall be made available for inspection by the officer charged with the duty of certifying such payrolls to bona fide members of the news media on a form to be prescribed by the Comptroller of the State of a notice which shall be requested with particularity; such records to be inspected under the supervision of the comptroller of the Capital District Transportation Authority and in the place aforesaid on Thursdays which are working days between the hours of 9:30 and 12 noon;

(g) Final determinations and dissenting opinions of members of the CDTA and its subsidiaries;

(h) Those reports which are filed by the CDTA and/or its subsidiaries with the Department of Audit and Control and the Department of Transportation and such other similar files, records, papers or documents required by any provision of the law to be made available for public inspection and copying;

(i) A record of the final vote of each member of the CDTA or any subsidiary in each proceeding in which the member voted.
