1241.18 Dangerous articles—handling limitations.
Dangerous articles as defined by the hazardous materials regulations of the D.O.T. and USCG regulations titled, “Transportation of Explosives and Other Dangerous Articles” in quantities exceeding the amounts indicated in the accompanying table shall not be handled, stored or transferred at a terminal without the permission of the Port Authority. Application for such permission shall be made to the manager at least 24 hours prior to the time any such movement is contemplated.
