Requests for access to records of the authority and/or its subsidiary corporations will be accepted and records will be produced for inspection and/or copying at the Metropolitan Transportation Center, 181 Ellicott Street, Buffalo, New York during regular office hours on regular working days. The records access officer may require that an employee be in attendance during an applicant's review of the requested records.
