All current ordinances of the cities or towns adjacent to facilities of the authority or its subsidiaries or in which facilities of the authority or any of its subsidiaries are located as well as all current local laws, State, Federal laws and regulations and regulations of the authority and/or its subsidiaries are to be applicable to authority facilities and are to be enforced by all duly appointed police officers and security officers.
