1045.7 Hygiene.
(a) No person shall spit in or upon any bus or in any part of the transit center.
(b) No person shall urinate or defecate on any bus or in any part of the transit center other than in a urinal or toilet intended for that purpose.
(c) Only one person may occupy a transit center urinal or toilet booth at one time. This shall not preclude an individual responsible for the care of a small child or a disabled person from assisting such child or disabled person in the use of such a urinal or toilet booth.
(d) No person shall use any water fountain, drinking fountain, or any other water found in the transit center or on the facility premises for the purpose of washing or cleaning himself, his clothing, or other belongings. No person shall bathe, launder, change clothes, or remain undressed in any public rest room, sink, washroom, or any other area within the transit center.
