No person shall litter in the transit center or bus. All persons shall use receptacles provided for the disposal of refuse. No bulk refuse generated or collected on property outside the jurisdiction of MSBA may be taken into, dumped within or carried through the transit center or bus or deposited in any receptacle in the transit center or bus. Trash and other waste materials contained in waste receptacles within the transit center shall not be removed except by persons duly authorized by the transit center manager.
