1035.7 Paratransit service requests.
(a) Advance reservation service. An ADA-paratransit-eligible individual may request an advance reservation trip by calling during the reservation period set forth in subdivision (b) of this section. Reservations may be requested between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., except as otherwise specified below, seven days per week.
(b) Minimum and maximum times for reserving a paratransit trip are as follows:
(1) 1993: no earlier than 72 hours before the requested day; no later than 3 p.m. of the day before;
(2) 1994: no earlier than seven days before the requested day; no later than 5 p.m. of the day before;
(3) 1995 and thereafter: no earlier than 14 days before the requested day; no later than 5 p.m. of the day before.
(c) Subscription service:
(1) An ADA-paratransit-eligible individual may apply for subscription service by completing an application for such service in the form prescribed by the authority.
(2) The authority may establish waiting lists or other capacity constraints and trip purpose restrictions or priorities for participation in subscription service. Subscription service shall be limited to no more than 50 percent of paratransit service capacity at any given time of day if all advance reservation requests at that time of day cannot be accommodated.
