653.1 Annual reports on staff.
(a) Report on employees on payroll.
All public welfare districts shall report information concerning the number of employees, appropriately classified, on its payroll, using form RS-226, prepared in accordance with the instructions of the department. Such report shall be submitted on or before July 25th for the year ending the next preceding June 30th.
(b) Accessions, separations and vacancies.
All public welfare districts shall report information concerning accessions, separations and vacancies in full-time public welfare positions, appropriately classified, using form RS-227, prepared in accordance with the instructions of the department. Such report shall be submitted on or before July 25th for the year ending the next preceding June 30th.
(c) Employees working in day care programs.
All public welfare districts administering child day care programs shall report on the number of employees, appropriately classified, working in such program, using form RS-228, prepared in accordance with the instructions of the department. Such report shall be submitted on or before July 25th for the year ending the next preceding June 30th.
(d) Graduate education of staff.
All public welfare districts shall report on the graduate education of public welfare agency staff, appropriately classified, using form RS-123, prepared in accordance with the instructions of the department. Such report shall be submitted on or before August 10th for the year ending the next preceding June 30th.
