403.6 Fair hearings.
In accordance with Part 358 of this Title, an applicant for a service whose application has been denied or not acted upon within 30 days or a recipient of a service whose service has been reduced or terminated by a social services district, shall be entitled to a fair hearing by the department, provided the request is made within 60 days after such action or failure to act.
