373-2.6 Health screening.
As part of the RMA program, a comprehensive health screening may be provided to refugees, asylees and Cuban/Haitian entrants without prior determination of their eligibility for RMA if the screening is done during the first 90 days from the date of entry into the United States for refugees and Cuban/Haitian entrants and from the date asylum is granted by INS for asylees.
