373-2.2 Determination of eligibility for RMA.
(a) In determining eligibility for RMA, the social services district must comply with the provisions of Part 360 of this Title governing applications, determinations of eligibility, and the furnishing of medical assistance (including the opportunity for fair hearings) in the State.
(b) The social services district must promptly notify the agency which provided for the initial resettlement of a refugee whenever the refugee applies for medical assistance.
(c) The social services district must provide timely and adequate notice, as defined in Subpart 358-2 of this Title, to an applicant or recipient to indicate that assistance has been authorized, denied or terminated and the notice must specify clearly the determination with respect both to medical assistance and to RMA.
