373-1.10 Fair hearings.
To the extent not inconsistent with this Subpart, all of the requirements in Part 358 of this Title concerning notice requirements and fair hearings will apply to the RCA program. For the purposes of Part 358 of this Title, RCA will be considered public assistance.
