352.18 Limitation on gross income.
(a) No public assistance household shall be eligible for a grant in any month in which the household's total gross income before application of any disregards or exclusions exceeds 185 percent of the household's standard of need, including special needs.
(b) For the purposes of subdivision (a) of this section, total gross income includes the income of all persons in the household applying for, or in receipt of, public assistance and the income of legally responsible relatives if that income is not exempt or disregarded.
(c) No public assistance household eligible for a shelter allowance under section 352.3(a)-(d) or 352.8(b)(1) of this Part shall be eligible for public assistance if such household has gross earned or unearned income in excess of the poverty level as determined by the United States Bureau of the Census.
(d) In calculating total gross income, the income exemptions and disregards provided in sections 352.17(b)(1), 352.19 and 352.20(c) of this Part shall not be applied.
