(a) TH 122 between Route 17 and CR 176, a distance of 0.10± mile; provided, however, that TH 122 between Route 17 and CR 176 is designated as an access highway for use by tandem- trailer combinations of not more than 96 inches in width only, and is not hereby designated as an access highway for any other types of vehicles.

(b) CR 176 between TH 122 and a point 1.52± miles east, a distance of 1.52± miles in the Town of Liberty.
