8147.29 Town of Brookhaven.
(a) Commercial Boulevard, a town highway, between the R. B. Hamilton terminal and Route 112 (SH 1018), a distance of 0.2± mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
(b) Route 112 (SH 1018), between Commercial Boulevard and interchange 64 of Route 495 (SH 67-2), a distance of 1.0± mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
(c) Patchogue-Holbrook Road, CR 19, a county road, between interchange 61 of IR 495 (SH 64-4) and Union Avenue/Long Island Avenue, a distance of 0.5± mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
(d) Union Avenue/Long Island Avenue. Union Avenue/Long Island Avenue between Patchogue-Holbrook Road, CR 19, and Waverly Avenue; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
(e) Long Island Avenue. Long Island Avenue between Waverly Avenue and the Roadway Express facility, a distance of 0.4± mile.
(f) Patchogue-Yaphank Road, CR 101. Patchogue-Yaphank Road, CR 101, between the Long Island Expressway, IR 495 and Horse Block Road, CR 16.
(g) [Eff. until Jan. 19, 1993, see also subd. (g) below.] Horse Block Road, CR 16. Horse Block Road, CR 16, between Patchogue-Yaphank Road, CR 101, and the Roadway Services terminal, a distance of 0.8± mile.

(l) CR 83. CR 83 (Patchogue-Mount Sinai Road) between I-495 (exit 63) and Route 25A.
(m) Route 25A. Route 25A between CR 83 (Patchogue-Mount Sinai Road) and Caldor Store, Rocky Point.
(n) Route 112. Route 112 between I-495 (exit 64) and CR 80 (Montauk Highway).
(o) CR 80. CR 80 (Montauk Highway) between Route 112 and Caldor Store, East Patchogue.
(p) Route 112. Route 112 between Granny Road and Mill Road/Caldor Store, Coram.
(q) Route 27. Route 27 between CR 46 (William Floyd Parkway) (exit 58) and Brookhaven-Southampton town line.
