8147.28 Town of Babylon.
(a) Smith Street, a town highway, between Route 110 (SH 1218) and the United Parcel Service terminal, a distance of 0.2 mile, designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
(b) Kean Street, a town highway, between the AAA Trucking Corp. terminal and Edison Avenue, a distance of 0.3 mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
(c) Edison Avenue, a town highway, between Kean Street and CR 3, Pinelawn Road/Wellwood Avenue, a distance of 1.0 mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
(d) Dale Street, a town highway, between the Preston Trucking Co. terminal and Edison Avenue, a distance of 0.3 mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
(e) Burt Drive, a town highway, between West Jeffryn Boulevard and Grand Boulevard, a distance of 0.3 mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
(f) West Jeffryn Boulevard, a town highway, between East Jeffryn Boulevard and Grand Boulevard, a distance of 0.4 mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

(h) East Jeffryn Boulevard, a town highway, between West Jeffryn Boulevard and Grand Boulevard, a distance of 0.4 mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
(i) Carll's Path, a town highway, between the Con-Way Eastern terminal and Grand Boulevard, a distance of 0.2 mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

(k) Straight Path, CR 2, a county road between Ralph Avenue, a town highway, and Pinelawn Road/Wellwood Avenue (CR 3), a distance of 0.7 mile is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
(l) Ralph Avenue, a town highway between Court Street and Straight Path (CR 2), a distance of 0.3 mile is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
(m ) Court Street, a town highway, between the truck terminal and Ralph Avenue, a distance of 0.1 mile is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
(r) Price Parkway between Route 110 and westerly end of Price Parkway.
(s) Route 109. Route 109 between CR 3 (Wellwood Avenue) and Route 27A.
(t) Route 27A. Route 27A between Route 109 and Caldor Store, West Babylon.
(u) Long Island Avenue between Commack Road (CR 4) and Rodeo Drive.
(w) Route 231 between Huntington/Babylon town line and Weeks Road.
(x) Weeks Road between Route 231 and Pathmark Facility, North Babylon.
(y) Route 110 between Picone Road and Route 109.
(z) Route 109 between Route 110 and Wellwood Avenue.
