(b) Route 11. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 11 between the intersection of Route 11C and CR 74 (North Lawrence - Moira Road), a distance of 1.9± miles, are designated as an access highway for use by 48-foot long, 102-inch wide trailers only, and are not hereby designated for use by any other types of vehicles.

(c) CR 74 (North Lawrence - Moira Road). The eastbound and westbound roadways of CR 74 (North Lawrence - Moira Road) between the intersection of Route 11 and the entrance to the Kraft, Inc. plant, a distance of 0.2± mile, are designated as an access highway for use by 48-foot long, 102-inch wide trailers only, and are not hereby designated for use by any other types of vehicles.
