8140.00 General.
(a) Route 37. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 37 between the intersection of Route 12 in the Town of Morristown and the Massena-Cornwall International Bridge, in the Town of Massena; in the City of Ogdensburg, Villages of Massena, Morristown and Waddington, and the Towns of Morristown, Oswegatchie, Lisbon, Waddington, Louisville and Massena.
(b) Route 12. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 12 between the Jefferson county line and the intersection of Route 37, in the Towns of Hammond and Morristown.
(c) Route 11. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 11 between the Jefferson county line and the intersection of Route 11B in the Village of Potsdam; in the Towns of Rossie, Gouverneur, DeKalb, Canton and Potsdam, and the Villages of Gouverneur, Richville, Canton and Potsdam.
(d) Route 11B. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 11B, between the intersection of Route 11 and Hatch Road in the Village of Potsdam and the Town of Potsdam.
(e) Town Road - Hatch Road. The northbound and southbound roadways of Hatch Road between the intersection of Route 11B and a point 0.1± mile north on Hatch Road at the United Parcel Service terminal, in the Village of Potsdam and the Town of Potsdam.
(f) Route 812. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 812, between the Ogdensburg-Prescott International Bridge and the Gouverneur Talc Plant located at Balmat, NY, a distance of 37± miles, in the City of Ogdensburg, the Villages of Heuvelton, Richville and Gouverneur, and the Towns of Lisbon, Oswegatchie, DeKalb, Gouverneur and Fowler.
(g) Route 56. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 56 between the intersection of Route 3 and the intersection of Route 37, a distance of 51.45± miles in the Towns of Colton, Parishville, Pierrepont, Potsdam, Norfolk, Louisville, and the Villages of Potsdam and Norwood; provided, however, that Route 56 from Route 11 in the Village of Potsdam, south to Route 3 is designated as an access highway for use by 48-foot long, 102-inch wide trailers and is not hereby designated as an access highway for any other types of vehicles.
(h) Route 11. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 11 between the intersection of Route 11B and the intersection of Route 11C at Stockholm Center, a distance of 9.9± miles in the Village of Potsdam and in the Towns of Potsdam and Stockholm.
(i) Route 11C. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 11C between the intersection of Route 11 at Stockholm Center and the intersection of Route 11, Town of Lawrence, a distance of 8.1± miles in the Towns of Stockholm and Lawrence.
(j) Route 3. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 3 between the Lewis county line and the Franklin county line, a distance of 54.9± miles, in the Towns of Pitcairn, Fine, Clifton, Colton and Piercefield, are designated as an access highway for use by 48-foot long, 102-inch wide trailers, and are not hereby designated as an access highway for any other types of vehicles.
(k) CR 109. The eastbound and westbound roadways of CR 109 between the intersection of Route 3 and the intersection of CR 50, a distance of 2.1± miles in the Towns of Fine and Clifton, are designated as an access highway for use by 48-foot long, 102-inch wide trailers, and are not hereby designated as an access highway for any other types of vehicles.
(l) Patterson Street. The northbound and southbound roadway of Patterson Street between the intersection of Route 37 and the Port of Ogdensburg, a distance of 1.4± miles in the City of Ogdensburg and the Town of Oswegatchie.
(m) CR 132. CR 132 (McAdoo Road) between Route 812 and the Corning Plant, a distance of 2.5± miles in the Towns of DeKalb and Canton.
(n) Route 58. Route 58 between US Route 11 and the James River Plant in the Hamlet of Natural Dam, a distance of 2.1± miles in the Village of Gouverneur and the Town of Gouverneur.
(o) Roue 68. Route 68 between US Route 11 in Canton and Route 37 in Oswegatchie, a distance of 17± miles in the Village of Canton and the Towns of Canton, Lisbon and Owegatchie.
(p) Route 37. Route 37 between Jefferson county line and the intersection of Route 12, a distance of 17.0± miles in the Towns of Hammond and Morristown, and the Village of Morristown.
