Route 173 between Route 31 and the Sysco Frosted Foods, Inc. plant in Warners, in the Town of Van Buren; provided, however, that this route is designated as an access highway for use by tandem trailer combinations and by vehicles up to 102 inches wide only, and is not hereby designated as an access highway for tractor-semi trailer combinations with an overall length greater than 55 feet with a 49-foot trailer or greater than 60 feet with a 45-foot trailer.
