(a) Bear Ridge Road. The northeastbound and southwestbound roadways of Bear Ridge Road between Robinson Road and Ohio Street; provided, however, that Bear Ridge Road is designated as an access highway for use by tandem trailer combinations only, and is not hereby designated as an access highway for any other types of vehicles.
